It is assumed that Remove eDelivery Engineers taking
this course have taken basic Customer Service skills classes, necessary
HP Tools classes to do your job, and now need customer relationship
building skills to have a more proactive relationship with your Mission
Critical customers. Effective Customer Interaction Skills (ECIS) is
recommended as a course that will provide the prequired basic skills.
You should also have:
Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills
Ability to solve problems, anticipate needs, develop and propose solutions and build consensus
Ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customer's peers and support partners
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with and influence people at all levels
